Wet felting is a method to create non-woven fabric from animal fibers, mainly wool, using moisture and agitation. The fibers shrink and interlock, forming a cohesive sheet. Finished rolls are typically achieved with multiple layers.
Our Fabrication department uses reliable machines for various functions, including precise Die Cutting Services and structured Spooling. Custom Cuts meet unique project needs, with solutions that adhere to industry standards.
Plastic injection molding is a common manufacturing method where plastic pellets is heated and forced into a mold to create precise shapes. This technique enables the production of complex designs.
In our sewing dept. we fulfill orders for our customers for everything from Embodied Table Coasters to Custom Cali King Conformers.
